It is with a very sad heart that I must announce that the West Valley Conservatory of Ballet will be stopping all operations. Over the past six years, it has been my privilege and honor to be able to serve the West Valley and bring the joy of ballet to many who have never experienced it before. There is not one day that goes by that I don’t reflect on all the people who made our mission possible. From teachers who volunteered to teach, to parents who volunteered to run operations and most of all the community who had embraced us with open arms. Through the overwhelming support of the community, we were able to reach hundreds of new audience members. I am filled with pride when I think of all the students who have grown into young artists, not only impacting the West Valley Region, but various places throughout the States.

My mission does not stop with the closing of this organization, but rather will serve as a launching point for future endeavors. Arts do not stop with the closing of an organization, but rather flourish in the darkest of times. I will continue the mission of the West Valley Conservatory of Ballet, exposing students to the classical art of ballet, long after the name has been forgotten. For the true mission of the arts is to leave an impact long after it has been experienced.
